Description: A chatoyant smithsonite from the famous Kelly Mine. The Kelly Mine is renowned for its’ turquoise colored smithsonite. There is even a phrase “Kelly Blue” that is used among collectors to reference the perfect delicate shade of blue. There is no damage noted on the front of the specimen but there is some contacting around the back side where it was removed in the mine. Ex. Dennis Novak
